Refund Policy

30-day returns

We want you to love the book. If you don't, you may return an unused item in resalable condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. To begin, contact us with your order number.

What can be refunded

• Refundable: unused sketchbooks, pads, and pencils in original condition within 30 days.
• Not refundable: used or drawn-in books, gift cards, the Paper Swatch Pack, and final-sale items.
• Original outbound shipping is non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives defective or we sent the wrong item, we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — including shipping — at no cost to you. Email a photo to support@ledaartsupply.com within 30 days.

How refunds are issued

Once we receive and inspect a return, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.

Paper Swatch credit

The $6 Paper Swatch Pack is non-refundable as cash, but its value is automatically applied as a $6 credit toward your first order. See the Paper Swatch page.
