Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship from Kirkland, Washington. Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders over $35. For orders under $35, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your address. Paper Swatch Packs ship in a flat stamped envelope at a reduced rate.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental U.S. Swatch envelopes usually arrive within a week. You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.

International

Direct international shipping from this store is limited. Outside the U.S., Leda books are most easily purchased through our Amazon storefronts in the UK, Germany, and Japan. See Find a Retailer for links.

Returns

We accept returns on unused books in resalable condition within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive the item.

• Books that have been drawn in, written in, or used cannot be returned (unless defective).
• Gift cards and the Paper Swatch Pack are non-returnable.
• Original shipping is non-refundable except where an item arrived defective or incorrect.

Defects & replacements

If a book arrives defective — a binding flaw, a paper fault, damage in transit — we replace it, no return shipment required. Just send a photo to support@ledaartsupply.com within 30 days and we'll get a new one out to you.

Swatch credit

The $6 Paper Swatch Pack is refunded as store credit on your first order — the credit is applied automatically. See the Paper Swatch page for details.
